The Redondo Harbor and Pier Proposal - Built on Myths?

In 2008, the City increased the zoning in Redondo's harbor to allow an additional 400,000 square feet of development and raised the building height to 45 feet above most of the Harbor.
As concerned Redondo residents, we cannot not support this level of development without a public vote, and furthermore, we believe the City is promoting this costly plan without environmental, traffic or economic studies which would make this level of large-scale development on our waterfront a success ...
